China Shenzhen Broad precision plastic tooling and injection Co.,Ltd (short for BPPTI)

is a subsidairy of Hyper Integrity Group(Hong Kong) Co.,Ltd. BPPTI is located in Block B4,Langkou Industrial Park,Dalang,Town Longhua,Shenzhen. It is very close to the Cross entrance of Fumin of Airport-he’ao expressway and Dongguan-shenzhen expressway,with convenient traffic location.Since establishment,with full support of our respectable clients and great efforts of our diligent staff,we have set up integrated management system for tooling manufacturing. Mr. Benchun LUO, one of the major founder member,has been working over twenty years as senior supervisor of R&D Department and Tooling Department in several large-scale tooling manufacture companies, engaged in tooling design,manufacture and mass production management. He is integrated with P/O winning-over,products and moulds design,and production management as well. He, who knows the tooling industry very well with good reputation in the tooling circle of Shenzhen,was retained for the China branch of U.S. SDRC company to teach tooling design course. Furthermore,we employ five CNC programming engineers with 10 years of relevant working experiences and three management staff familiar with tooling manufacturing,and besides more than 30 mould manufacture technicians.

Now we have equipped with imported three CNC machining centres,three wire cutting machines,two EDMs,six digital turret Milling machines,and several imported precision grinding machines,universal lathes and drill presses and so on.
